## Billing terms

- Per-model token prices are identical on every plan.
- Plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
- Unused plan credits roll over while a subscription remains active.
- A prepaid balance stops at $0; API keys can also have hard lifetime spend budgets.

## Do I need a plan to use RouterPlex?

No. Pay as you go is not a trial — it's the default way to use RouterPlex, forever. It has no RouterPlex RPM/TPM or usage-window cap. Plans trade predictable 4-hour, weekly, and monthly spend windows for bonus credits and larger key allowances.

## Do plan credits expire?

Credits stay in your pooled balance. Plan usage is still subject to the active 4-hour, weekly, and monthly windows; unused balance remains available after a window resets or when the account returns to pay as you go.

## Are per-token prices different on plans?

No. Every tier pays the same published per-model rates. Plans are effectively a discount, since the included credits are worth more than the monthly price.

## What happens if I run out of plan credits mid-month?

All plan grants and top-ups share one prepaid balance. While a plan is active, its account-wide spend windows apply to all usage. A top-up increases your balance, but it does not bypass a reached window; the credit remains available after reset.

## Which balance is spent first: plan credit or a top-up?

There are no separate buckets. Plan credits, top-ups, vouchers, and bonuses form one pooled prepaid balance, and every completed request deducts its exact token cost from that total.

## Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your billing page. You keep your plan benefits until the end of the period you paid for; after that you drop back to pay as you go.

## Can I use my RouterPlex balance to get a plan?

Yes, once per account. Available top-up, voucher, or earned bonus credit can fund one non-renewing 30-day plan cycle. Recurring plans still require card checkout.
