Affiliate Program Terms

Approved affiliates earn a 20% commission on eligible referred payments for the lifetime of an attributed customer relationship. Each approved affiliate receives a personal promo code directly from RouterPlex. A customer is attributed to you when they redeem your code on their RouterPlex account. Our records of code redemptions and payments are the record of referrals and commissions.

Every month we email you a report covering the period: the customers who redeemed your code, their eligible payments, the commission earned on each, any amounts held or reversed, and your payable balance.

Payouts are issued every 30 days once the payable balance reaches $50; a smaller balance rolls over to the next payout. We pay by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or another method we agree with you in writing. You must give us accurate payout details, and a payment sent to the details you provided counts as paid. Payment provider fees, network fees, currency conversion, and taxes remain the affiliate's responsibility.

A referral is eligible only when it is a genuine new customer, redeems your promo code on their own account, and makes a completed payment. Taxes, chargebacks, disputed payments, promotional credit, test transactions, and payments we reasonably identify as fraudulent do not earn commission. Commission on a payment is held until it has cleared the 30-day fraud and chargeback review, and reversed revenue reverses the associated commission, including by deduction from a later payout.

You may promote RouterPlex through websites, editorial content, reviews, organic social, email to recipients who have consented to receive it, and search marketing. You must make clear that you may earn a commission, use accurate current RouterPlex claims, and link people to the relevant pricing or documentation when making technical or price claims.

You may not:

• bid on RouterPlex trademarks or present yourself as RouterPlex;
• use spam, deceptive redirects, forced clicks, fake reviews, or misleading claims;
• offer cash, rebates, rewards, or other incentives to generate referrals, beyond any benefit attached to your promo code by RouterPlex;
• post your promo code on coupon, deal, or code-sharing sites, or share it in places where you cannot make your affiliate relationship clear;
• redeem your own code, create accounts for another person, or use your own payment method for a referral;
• resell or broker RouterPlex access in a way that violates RouterPlex terms or upstream provider terms.

We may review traffic and conversions, withhold or reverse commissions for a breach of these terms, and suspend or terminate a partnership where reasonably necessary to protect the program. We may update the program, rates, eligibility, or these terms prospectively; material changes will be emailed to you before they apply.
