Affiliate Program Terms

Approved affiliates earn a 20% commission on eligible referred payments for the lifetime of an attributed customer relationship. Attribution begins with a qualifying affiliate link and uses a 30-day cookie. The Affonso dashboard is the record of tracked referrals, commissions, holds, and payouts.

Commissions are held for 30 days to account for refunds, chargebacks, and fraud review. Payouts are issued monthly once the payable balance reaches $50, using the payment method selected in the affiliate portal. Payment provider fees, currency conversion, and taxes remain the affiliate's responsibility.

A referral is eligible only when it is a genuine new customer, is accurately attributed by RouterPlex and Affonso, and results in a completed, non-refunded payment. Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputed payments, promotional credit, test transactions, and payments we reasonably identify as fraudulent do not earn commission. Reversed revenue reverses the associated commission.

You may promote RouterPlex through websites, editorial content, reviews, organic social, email to recipients who have consented to receive it, and search marketing. You must make clear that you may earn a commission, use accurate current RouterPlex claims, and link people to the relevant pricing or documentation when making technical or price claims.

You may not:

• bid on RouterPlex trademarks or present yourself as RouterPlex;
• use spam, deceptive redirects, forced clicks, fake reviews, or misleading claims;
• offer cash, rebates, rewards, or other incentives solely to generate referrals;
• refer yourself, create accounts for another person, or use your own payment method for a referral;
• resell or broker RouterPlex access in a way that violates RouterPlex terms or upstream provider terms.

We may review traffic and conversions, withhold or reverse commissions for a breach of these terms, and suspend or terminate a partnership where reasonably necessary to protect the program. We may update the program, rates, eligibility, or these terms prospectively; material changes will be reflected in the affiliate portal.
