No. Pay as you go is not a trial — it's the default way to use RouterPlex, forever. Plans simply bundle bonus credits (you receive more credit than you pay) with higher rate limits.
Credits roll over month to month while your subscription is active. If you cancel, remaining plan credits stay usable for 30 days after your billing period ends.
No. Every tier pays the same published per-model rates. Plans are effectively a discount, since the included credits are worth more than the monthly price.

Yes, from your billing page. You keep your plan benefits until the end of the period you paid for; after that you drop back to pay as you go.
